Limited edition giclée canvas, paper prints
These giclée limited edition prints are individually hand signed by Marla and are accompanied with a letter of authenticity.  The giclée prints are special order and carefully inspected, we do not accept returns on these prints.   " All my paintings are available in limited edition, signed and numbered 16x20 giclée prints  on both archival paper and on archival canvas.  Canvas prints include ultra violet coating, not stretched. The giclée print process involves generating images from high-resolution digital scans. They are printed on archival, acid-free paper using giclée inks. These inks have an extraordinary color range and are lightfast from 80 to 200+ years when properly mounted and displayed. These prints must be special ordered which adds a few weeks before they can be delivered to you.

 

 

 

Marla’s process to create her collage paintings - I start my collage paintings by painting the sky and background on a canvas.  Then using the choice I’ve previously selected from my collection of photographs, I compose the painting.  I then use some of the real photograph, collaged and then painted to my vision, to complete the canvas painting.  This process takes anywhere from a week to a month for each painting. This is in addition to the time involved in researching and photographing the image for each painting.
